We are a revolutionary and modern boutique law firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico founded on a single principle: CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our law firm model is focused on delivering value and results to our customers instead of selling just time (billable hours). Attorneys and staff collaborate to solve problems in small, flexible teams equipped with the talent, tools and resources to serve the customer's best interests.

We are not interested in being a law firm that solves every problem to every person and we will never think twice to refer work to other law firms if we believe our customer will be better served. Our attorneys have a broad range of legal, business, technical and practical experience and have represented a wide range of individuals as well as international, national and local companies doing business in Puerto Rico. We have also provided great results working with lawyers in other firms who bring special expertise in other areas of practice. In most instances were additional resources are required, our firm will partner with a legal process outsourcer or other law firm or hire a contract lawyer as needed. So, in any given instance, we will obtain, on a temporary basis, the best resources for the specific need of our customer, rather than trying to justify that it is in our customers best interest that we maintain a big overhead and supply of resources for any given situation they come across.
